Shipping, returns & payment methods

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped from Da Nang City.  We offer free standard shipping within Vietnam. For other countries, shipping rates are calculated at the end of the checkout and send by email. You ll Find our PDF with shipping rates and our postal holidays. Express shipping is also an option.

We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends and national holiday.  Every order placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday Sunday and National holiday will be processed on the following working day. We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather.
 

If the shipping address is in a DAP (Delivered at Place) country, the customer is responsible for payment of the additional duties,  such as Import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order.  In any case the package does not get cleared, and returned to us, the costs will be deducted from the refund. If packages are destroyed, the customer is 

fully responsible.

RETURN POLICY:

You can return any ordered product within 14 days of delivery. 

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 260, Tran Phu, Da nang City 550000  Viet Nam, Phone

Select the order in your Order History, and create a new return.

 

Returns should be in their original state, unused and unwashed. In any other case, we have the right to refuse your return, and will ship the item back to you. For return shipments, please note that we are not responsible for returned products, until they arrive in our store. We understand that not all purchases made in our online store can meet your expectations. However, we have the right to refuse any further orders after repeated returns.

 

REFUNDS

After your return has been accepted, refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Refunds will always be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

FAULTY GOODS

All orders are checked before packaging. If you do receive a damaged product or a defect occurs, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. For items purchased at other stores than our Official OnlineStore , please contact the store of purchase.

If you wish to place an order by bank transfer, please get in touch with our Customer Service to discuss the possibilities.

Your card is charged as soon as you receive our Order Confirmation by e-mail.  If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact Customer Care.

We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion.
