HOW TO ORDER/ JOIN THE TRIBE

1. Join the tribe, become a member - We care about our customers, and like to stay in touch. We keep your data secure, we only use your data to inform you in the best way about products, orders, shipping, returns and monthly promotions. This is the reason why you need to sign up as a member before you can shop.

 

2. Use the website navigation at the top of the page (shop COTURE, ORIGINALS and BASICS Shoes, Handbags,.) to locate items you are looking for.
3. Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable) . Then, click the Add to Bag button.

4. You can review your items by clicking on the AVANA VIETNAM cart button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your bag,

    simply click the Remove button, 

5. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the Checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW AVANA RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. 

Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.

 

HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping 

details and a UPS tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check 

the estimated arrival of your order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order send email to Customer Service at contact @avanavietnam.com. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART AM I GUARANTEED I WILL RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?

Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order,  you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of AVANA Vietnam Marketing email and then follow the instructions.

You can also manage your email preferences by logging into your AVANA VIETNAM.com account. 

Go to the My Account page and select Email Preferences. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours to stop receiving emails. 

You will continue to receive transactional emails, such as order confirmations or shipping notifications.
